100% Recycled Sterling silver & copper, Shibuichi is an alloy of silver and copper. For most of its history, shibuichi was mostly used to ornament various fittings for katanauntil the Meiji reforms, when most swordmakers began to make purely decorative objects instead. This metal will patina & can tarnish but when polished it has a beautiful Rosegold finish.
